hmmm i dont like tourncoat spells ;)

then we have the puppets mechanics... we have the necromancer already which can control ghouls so having a puppet army is kinda the same.

Upgrading your puppets: lets see i can think of two ways this is implemented:

1: Upgrades can be done infinitely which would lead to the Puppet being OP since it can have unlimited attack power
2: Upgrades arent infinite which makes the process kinda redundant, why bother with such upgrades when the Puppet could be leveling, having an attack power reasonable balanced with other creatures of its level?

adding this now

Traits are Passive abilities like : (from the huntress) Silver Bolts (Passive): The Huntress’ basic attacks deal significantly increased damage to all undead units.

or

Regenerative Tissue (Passive): The Skarg will regenerate health at a rapid pace if it has not dealt or taken damage for 30 seconds.

while abilities are the actual active stuffs. at least this is how i see it

I think the difference between traits and abilities is:

Traits are things the creature starts with/always has. Like a Fire creature always being fireproof and able to walk through lava.

Whereas Abilities are things that are learnt/change as the creature levels up. such as a Fire creature learning how to spit fireballs once it reaches a certain level.

HoN's Puppet Master says ''Hi''.

Not sure if we really need this one, but the turn-coat skill can be used for someone else.
