Stats:

Blood Cost: Initial cast cost, high cost per second when enemies in range.

Cooldown: Moderate to long

Information: Masks a door you own to look like a wall segment for your enemies. It will take the appearance of one of the adjacent wall segments. It would have an initial cast cost and then take a moderate to high cost each second when it affects enemies. Casting again on the same door should cancel it. The spell also expires after some minutes.

Function: It would provide a way to hide from enemies, something that dk1 and dk2 severely lacked. Imps (or all creatures) will consider a masked door as locked, as to not give it away.

Icon: Door with a question mark on it?

Appearance: Some eye rune/mark/symbol appears over the door as the cast effect, then a transparent wall segment is shown on the same grid square as the door. A small duration indicator bar above it could also help.

If its not "Active" unless an enemy hero is near it.. maybe some enemy heroes would notice it before they got close.. say they were in possession mode? Or what happens when a creature walks through it and It opens? Cool Idea but I'd like to see it Perm Active with It opening for creatures as its "Give away" feature.

I loved the hidden doors in DKII. Always remember to lock them when under attack though, otherwise they were spotted too easy XD

so the spell should 1) camouflage the door 2) lock it.

It should be up to the keeper to place it in a position where minions don't need to use it... which would of course give it away.
