[Suggestions] Limiting the AI progress

Dear fellow map creators, I just wanted to hear your thoughts on what would be the approriate way of making the AI stop progressing / attacking the player? I just saw this in Korveks very nice campaign, that the ai is not expanding their dungeon or attacking the player with normal behave.

How would you tell the ai to "stick to their dungeon walls"..?

I'm not sure what approach Korvek used. But I suspect he simply changed the AIs persona on the fly using the appropriate actions. It's also possible given that they have some experience with AI Personalities that they might have made a custom AI Personality, though I can't remember off the top of my head if that is applicable in Mightyscript.
