Nice one, it seems to fit in the wrath tree as a gnarling alternative, but what makes it different besides the poison? Gnarlings can boost their strenght to if encountered in hordes, also they can loot stuff like the scorpion to increase their defense.
The differences are the speed and the interesting reckless start behaviour,
They seem to be what salamanders were in dk2 in comparison to goblins, (with more interesting stats)
maybe you should give the scorpionfolk a certain advantage or drawback to elemtal damage, so you can think of situations were a horde of gnarlings would be better than 3 scorpions and on the other hand, were scorps would be the better choice or good flankers.

That the Scorpionfolk don't salvage items to upgrade themselves? Gnarlings' attack remains set and not slowly degrading over time, making longer battles more harder for Scorpionfolk to win. I also think Gnarlings will have higher armour, while the Scorpionfolk are reckless and will lose their armour, unlike Gnarlings.
